Confluence Select Series
Small Group. Elite Instruction. Dallas, TX
A new kind of session
The Select Series is a small-group format built for swimmers who want real coaching — not a clinic, not a camp. You'll work in a group of 12 or fewer, with direct eyes on every rep. The sessions are technical, intensive, and designed around what actually changes swimmers.
The personal attention of a private lesson. The scope and depth, and duration of a comprehensive clinic.
A format built to deliver both without sacrificing either.
Every athlete also leaves with a set of tools — a personalized swim journal and goal setting & mindset framework — the same ones used in private lesson programs and by the best professional swimmers.
Intentionally limited to 12 athletes. Every detail, every swimmer.
The Select Series is an ongoing 11-session curriculum releasing throughout the year — each session its own complete experience, built around a single technical focus. Breaststroke. Turns. Underwaters. Starts. Sessions 001 and 002 are live now.

Breaststroke Performance Development
In this Performance Development session swimmers develop a command of pace control, distance per stroke efficiency, glide timing and tempo variations, building the strategic understanding that makes breaststroke one of the most rewarding strokes to master at a high level.
Performance Development Sessions
These sessions represent the next level of competitive swimming education and are designed for swimmers who are ready to move beyond foundational technique and into the stroke and race distance specific variations, training concepts and applications that high level swimmers use every day to develop as competitors. Stroke count awareness, distance per stroke, pace management and race strategy are among the tools swimmers will develop, building the kind of competitive intelligence and body awareness that separates good swimmers from elite ones. Technical proficiency is only half the equation and the swimmers who perform at the highest level are the ones who understand how to apply that technique with intention and purpose in both training and competition. Having trained under Bob Bowman alongside Michael Phelps, Chase brings a depth of competitive understanding to these sessions that informs every element of how they are structured and delivered. With Chase in the water leading every demonstration and working directly alongside each swimmer, and an expert coaching assistant providing a dedicated second eye on deck, every athlete receives a level of personal attention and direct feedback that simply does not exist in most learning environments. Each session moves through the strategic mechanics of its corresponding stroke before putting those concepts into practice through a focused training component, giving swimmers the opportunity to feel and reinforce exactly what was taught before they leave the water. These are the sessions that bridge the gap between swimming correctly and swimming fast.

Turns
In this comprehensive technique session, swimmers develop the precision and urgency in turns that separates competitive swimmers from elite ones. Flip turns, open turns, and back-to-breast turns are all covered including approach speed, rotation efficiency, push off positioning, and the critical moment where races are either extended or closed. Every length ends at a wall and every wall is an opportunity.
Technique Sessions
These sessions form the technical foundation of the program. Each session isolates a specific element of competitive swimming and breaks it down with a level of precision and depth that comes from competing at the highest level in the world. Having trained under Bob Bowman alongside Michael Phelps, Chase brings a perspective on technical swimming that exists at the absolute top of the sport. With Chase in the water demonstrating, observing, and making real time adjustments alongside every swimmer, and an expert coaching assistant providing dedicated on deck observation, every athlete is accounted for, every detail is caught, and nothing slips through the gaps. With a hard cap of 12 swimmers, each athlete receives a level of personal attention and direct feedback that is rarely available outside of a private lesson setting. Swimmers leave each session with corrected mechanics that translate immediately to practice and competition, a deeper understanding of their body in the water, and the confidence that comes from being coached by an Olympic gold medalist who has lived every detail being taught.
